Senate bill No. 320, An act legalizing the Kansas State Poultry Association, to define certain duties of said association, to make an annual appropriation therefor, and fixing a penalty for the misappropriation of any of the money hereby granted.

Senate bill No. 329, An act to prohibit railroad companies doing business in the state of Kansas from charging freight rates on any greater amount of coal than is by such railroad companies delivered to the consignee thereof by any such railroad company, and providing for the weighing of such coal at the points of destination or the points nearest thereto having railroad track scales, and providing penalty for the violations of the provisions of this act.
