The following soldiers, heretofore discharged, were, for sufficient reasons, readmitted unconditionally:

Nathan M. Jackway, late Company E, Tenth New Jersey Volunteers. And the following, on condition that they do such work or duty as the governor shall direct, for the period of six months, without pay: Joseph S. Donnell, late Company E, Thirteenth Massachusetts Volunteers.

John Craig, late Company C, Forty-second New York Volunteers. Harman McChesney, late Company I, Forty-seventh, and F, Seventyseventh, Illinois Volunteers.

Alexander L. Fleming, late Company A, Sixth Pennsylvania Cavalry. And the following, on condition that they do such work or duty as the governor shall direct, for the period of twelve months, without pay: Rudolph Heintz, late major Twenty-eighth, and captain Company I, One hundred and eighth Ohio Volunteers.

Michael Hallaghan, late Company K, One hundred and eighth Ohio Volunteers.

And the following, on condition that they severally assign absolutely, to the National Home, one-half of their several pensions for the period of two months:

John F. Weidle, late Company G, Twenty-ninth Ohio Volunteers. James Ferris, late Company K, Sixty-ninth New York National Guard Artillery.

And the following, on condition that he assigns absolutely to the National Home, one-third of his entire pension for the period of three months:

James E. Crawford, late Company I, Sixteenth New York Heavy Artillery.

And the following, on condition that they severally assign absolutely, to the National Home, one-half of their several pensions for the period of three months:

John Smith, late Company C, Fourth Pennsylvania Cavalry.

Strickland Vandegrift, late Company C, Thirtieth, and K, Seventythird Pennsylvania Volunteers.

And the following, on condition that he accepts the former conditions and labors two months additional without pay:

William Boggs, late Company E, Sixty-first Ohio Volunteers.

And the following, on condition he labor three months without pay and forfeit one-half of his entire pension for the period of two months: William Thayer, late Company H, Sixty-first New York Volunteers, and United States Navy.

And the following, on condition he labor three months without pay, and assigns absolutely, to the National Home, one-half of his entire pension for the same period:

Thomas Duggan, late Company M, Eleventh Illinois Cavalry.

And the following, on condition he pay his own transportation by labor:

Benjamin Corser, late Company C, Twenty-third Illinois Volunteers.

The application of the following is refused, for misconduct, and he will not be readmitted even temporarily at post without a vote of the Board of Managers; and a special notification of this decision is to be sent to each branch:

Thomas Kelly, late Company H, Sixteenth United States Infantry.

William Dobson, late Company B, Twelfth Massachusetts Volunteers.

And the following, on condition that he assign absolutely, to the National Home, one-half of his entire pension for the period of one

And the following, on condition that they do such work or duty as the deputy governor shall direct for the period of three months without pay, and if they again desert they are not to be readmitted upon any conditions even temporarily at post:

And the following, on condition that they do such work or duty as the deputy governor shall direct, without pay, while they remain in the Home:

Daniel Schneegoss, late Company B, One hundred and nineteenth New York Volunteers.

And the following, on condition that he does such work or duty as the deputy governor shall direct, for the period of one year, without pay: Martin Walsh, late Company G, Fourteenth Connecticut Volunteers. And the following, on condition that they assign severally, to the National Home, one-half of their several pensions for the period of one month:

Thomas F. Kelley, late Company D, Sixteenth Illinois Volunteers.
Michael Semidt, late Company A, Fourteenth Indiana Volunteers.
Frederick Roggen, late Company D, Twelfth Maine Volunteers.
And the following, on condition that they severally assign to the
National Home one-half of their several pensions for the period of two
months:

George N. Veader, late Company A, Third Ohio Cavalry.

John D. Parmeter, late Company G, Sixty-seventh Pennsylvania Volunteers.

And the following, on condition that he assign absolutely, to the National Home, one-half of his entire pension for the period of three months:

Thomas McGuire, late Company A, One hundred and fifth New York Volunteers.

And the following, on condition that he assign absolutely, to the National Home, one-half of his entire pension for the period of six months:

Adam Jung, late Company B, Thirty-ninth New York Volunteers. And the following, on condition that he pay for his clothing and send the balance of his pension to his wife and children:

Horace Batterson, late Company K, Twenty-eighth Illinois Volunteers. And the following, on condition that he labor to pay his transportation:

Henry Miller, late Company C, First Maryland Cavalry.
The applications of the following are refused:

Morris Joy, late Company D, Tenth United States Infantry.
James Stafford, late Company A, Twenty-sixth New York Volunteers.
Charles B. Eldridge, late Company K, First Vermont Cavalry.
And the following, discharged from the Home, is not to be readmitted
even temporarily at post, except by a vote of the Board of Managers:
Nicholas Weber, late Company B, One hundred and fortieth New
York Volunteers,

who has refused to assign part of his pension-money for the support of his young and dependent children.

And the following is to be finally discharged from the Home, not being entitled to its benefits:

Swan Antrop, late Company I, Fourteenth New York State Militia.
