On motion of Colonel Harris, it was Resolved, That the acting treasurer of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, by and with the advice and consent of the standing committee on finance, daly made in writing, be, and he is, authorized to sell in parcels, which shall not in the aggregate exceed $31,000, the 4 per cent. United States bonds, registered in the name of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, as he may deem necessary for the purpose of adjusting the pension-fund account; such adjustment being required by the fact that the acting treasurer subscribed for 4 per cent. bonds to the amount of $15,000, which subscription was through misappreliension duplicated in part by the treasurer of the Central Branch.
