Mr. Kane offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 5. Resolved, That a committee of three members be appointed by the Secretary of State, to wait upon Justice Frank K. Dunn, of the Supreme Court, and request him to administer the oath of office to Hon. Francis E. Williamson, a member-elect of this House. And the resolution was adopted. The Secretary of State thereupon appointed as such committee Messrs. Kane, Rinehart and Burres. Mr. Kane, from the committee heretofore appointed to wait upon Justice Dunn, and request him to administer the oath of office to Hon. Francis E. Williamson, announced that Justice Frank K.
