Health Officer, Port of New York Resolved, That, subject to the approval of the Governor, the classification of positions in the exempt class in the office of the Health Officer, Port of New York, be and hereby is amended by striking out the words "two senior deputy health officers," and substituting in lieu thereof the words "one senior deputy health officer," thus transferring to the competitive class, effective July 1, 1920, one senior deputy health officer with change of title to medical executive officer, competitive examination for the position of medical executive officer being deemed by the Commission to be practicable in case of vacancy.
