Mr. Edwards arose to a question of privilege, and asked that his vote be recorded on Am. H. B. No. 46— Mr. Ditmars.

His name being called, Mr. Edwards voted no.

On motion of Mr. Riddle the Committee on Fees and Salaries was relieved of further consideration of S. B. No. 117, and said bill was referred to the Committee on Finance.

On motion of Mr. Freiner the Committee on Taxation and Revenues was relieved of further consideration of H. B. No. 39, and said bill' was referred to the Committee on Agriculture.

Am. H. B. No. 182 — Mr. Geleerd, was read the third time.

Mr. Elson moved to refer the bill to a Select Committee of One,

with instructions to amend as follows:

In line 51 after the word "presence" strike out the comma and add a period and strike out all of line 51 after the period. All of lines 52 and 53.
