permanent school fund and to authorize said attorney-general by
and with the consent of the executive council to compromise the
past due bonds and interest coupons due the permanent school fund..

No. 369, An act regulating the fees and salaries and prescribing certain duties

No. 365, An act making an appropriation for the purchase of a marble bust

of the late ex-Governor Charles Robinson to be placed in the chapel
of the university of Kansas, and authorizing the governor of the
state to appoint a commission to carry into effect the provisions of
