Mr. Morrill offered the following resolution:

Resolved, That the State Treasurer be requested to furnish the Senate with a statement of the amount of funds received from the United States government on account of expenses incurred in defending the State against the so-called Price Raid, and also what disposition has been made of these funds; if any has been disbursed, how much, and by what authority; and also the amount of unpaid scrip still outstanding.
