Senate Bill No. 38, An act to legalize the organization of the Junction City and Fort Kearney Railway Company, Was read the third time.

Mr. V. P. Wilson offered the following amendment:

Section 2. That the organization of the Kansas and Nebraska Railroad Company as a corporation existing under the General Laws of the State of Kansas, by virtue of its charter filed in the office of the Secretary of State on the fifth day of July, A. D., 1871, is hereby legalized, validated and confirmed, any omission or irregularity in the form or contents of said charter to the contrary notwithstanding.
