Patterson to a seat upon the floor of this House as Representative of the State of Colorado in the Forty-fifth Congress be referred to the Judiciary Committee of this House, to be appointed, with instructions to report what was the day fixed by law for the election of a member of the Fortyfifth Congress to represent the State of Colorado.
