The Speaker announced as the regular order of business the motion of Mr. Bland, that the rules be suspended so as to enable him to introduce, and the House to pass, a bill of the following title, viz: "A bill to authorize the coinage of a dollar of four hundred and twelve and one-half grains silver standard, and for other purposes," pending when the House adjourned on Monday last.
