[Limited edition- clothbound] The Liturgical Style Guide invites you to intentionally dress with the Liturgical Year of the Catholic Church by discovering the significance of colors and textiles as expressed throughout Scripture and Tradition. We have a unique dignity, being creatures of both body and soul - the exterior expressing the interior design - so it is fitting that we make an act of worship through the body. How lovely and fitting to use the garments that shroud our bodies, the communicator of the soul, to be a seamless reflection of our heart's intent. Priests and religious pray through their vestments and habits, so what about laypersons? Enter the rhythms of the liturgical seasons by intentionally getting dressed each day with the guidance of the theological significance of textiles and colors. Revitalize your faith expression by utilizing your garments as a form of prayer. Whether you get overwhelmed picking out what to wear or you thrive creating unique outfits-this is for you. Consider this your style inspiration and prayer guide all wrapped up in one.
